There is no way Germany, after a First World War could physically field that many boys, I just don’t believe it
I'm in a lawn chair on my roof drinking a mai tai.
yeah... but what if there were TWO nukes???
Each one of those people is a thousand stories, a thousand families with a missing member, a thousand lost personalities, a thousand who’s potential was lost and a thousand who’s lives were cut short from war.
11:30 There were peacekeepers present... What a dumb criteria. Peace keepers were present in Rwanda in April of 1994 too.
The juxtaposition of a video about how 80's climate scientists where all liars with a big disclaimer from the ministry of truth below it stating that modern climate scientists could never never ever be wrong is so funny.
The solution is obvious, a new economic system.
this is , without a doubt, one of the most important videos on this platform
Everyone Gangsta until you realize you live in the date October 23, 2077 2:00am -8:00am EST
Germany 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪
The peace is over.
Ukraine war ended the streak
Which tells you Yankees sacrificed a fraction of us Europeans. Moreover Soviets. Our people. The Slavs. Why do we listen to you is a mystery. Did you bribe our leaders? This has to change.
Just google 536 AD and see the result , that was the first eruption of Krakatoa
i wish there was canadian recognition instead of just putting them under british deaths.
Did you know that American troops are responsible for eliminating roughly 16% of axis casualties in WW2 while only contributing 3.5% to the allied casualties. The highest disparity of the war for either side.
And yes that is only military casualties and not civilians included
The photo at 8:40 is fake.
is not
source?
Kilometer? We told Europe to take their lame metric system and shove it over 50 years ago. Kilometers smh
thank you for that good video
pop filter filters..
Best visualization I have ever seen
The world has changed a lot in 5 years.
I will be glad if someone provides me with a source of information about 20m in "Stalin" column, because the historical researches shows less than 2.6m. Also, in the same reason, there's a question about 1 million death in gulag during WWII, because there were no more than 9.5m prisoners(maximum 2m in one moment) in period 1921-1952. Moreover, USSR's demographics has only one hole(1941-1946) during Stalin's ruling. Every single life is matter, but lies desecrate the lives of people who died during this time. Sources: V.N.Zemskov. On the scale of political repression in the USSR(В.Н.Земсков. О масштабах политических репрессий в СССР) Thurston R. Life and Terror in Stalin’s Russia
The reality is there's a good chance 30 maybe even 40 million Soviets died in WW2.
@@ryanjw15 Firstly, I'm about moment on 13:50. Secondly, population of USSR was 196m in 1941 and 170.5m in 1946 with the fact of lowest birth rate in soviet history during the war. 26.5m is the number which conclude also death by diseases, age and everything else. How there could be 40m?
All the talking really ruins the data
Stalin in somewhere wondering why he was still getting blamed despite his crucial contribution in the defense against N4z1 in ww2
9:32 people mention only the soviets, but then forget that 5 MILLION people died in concentration camps. Keep in mind that poland had a vastly smaller population than the soviet union.
Peacekeepers? Countries do not send those unless the peace that is being kept is in their interests
We are clever enough to design such weapons, but we're not HUMBLE or TRUSTING enough to learn not to use them.
Boy this aged well in 2024..........
its now 2024...russia created war in europe again. in 2014 russia occupied crimea. alongside with that black ops movement they started a civil war in ucraine with soviet union separatists in the eastern parts, shooting down the civil plane with flight number MH17. russia denies any allegations to this. it is proven that the rocket, the lauch system, the crew, and the coordinating personal came from russian military bases, are former russian agents and had still been on russian payroll to advance the 'civil war'. in feb 24 2022 russia decided to fuck of and went to total war. they so far failed with any target. they lost about 75% of the personell lost in stalingrad. they have controll over about the same region they did not loose in stalingrad.
Belarus and Ukraine had nukes briefly so forgot to add that HUH! (this is a joke)
Belarus now has nukes but just like Ukraine they don't belong to them
An educated guess wouldn't even matter.
Anyone else watching for history class?
Glory to the Soviet ancestors. Although I am not a supporter of communist ideology, however, as a descendant of my great-grandfathers who went through this hell, I am truly grateful to them that I live and can write this comment. Слава России, Победа всегда будет за Нами, братья!
It's scary to think how close we are to this actually happening.
Now Australia is rising for nuclear power except they don't seek power they only seek self defense during this retarded drama we're living in at this time
Don't worry, you have no oil, you're safe from the USA.
@@augustlandmesser1520 Australia has tons of Uranium in this reason, they make tons of profit and selling it to the US and UK and others,
im from israel and i want peace
now think of the war overall. 6 years and between 70-85 million dead.
Today is the 79th anniversary of VE Day. We will remember them.
4:52 i would have never been born probably because of both of my parents (my grandparents on my dads side probably get hit hard and my mom would never immigrate)
SADHGURU INNER ENGINEERING PROGRAM SHOULD BE MADE MANDATORY FOR EVERY HUMAN ON EARTH.

You highligted a problem concerning COVID, concentrating mostly on acute risks, when the virus also has severe long-term consequences of which all are not yet known, but based on what we know, the unknowns most likely have something to do with strokes and dementia. One study has already shown IQ loss of about 3-10% on those with symptomatic disease, but this hasn't really caused too much public interest, which one might find at least a bit peculiar. Our biggest failure concerning COVID as a lesson has been to ignore the accumulated data about airborne transmission and how to use it to prevent future pandemics. I would be prone to guess we will more likely to extinguish ourselves by ignoring it and being almost as unprepared in the face of the next super virus as we were with corona virus than blowing ourselves up with nukes.
On the point of: “the US is less vaccinated than other rich countries, where vaccines are widely available, and we’ve died in greater numbers as a result.” …. Isn’t that a pretty reductionist way of looking at that issue? The United States also has the highest obesity rate of all the other large, high-income countries, and obesity also has a very significant effect on Covid mortality (obesity is highly correlated with COVID mortality rates). It seems paradoxical to talk about the importance of truth and facts, and then make a sweeping claim based on one single metric of a nuanced issue.
well this didnt age well
US has been actively provoking a nuclear wars. Just pray you don't survive the initial strike.
Yeah ill take instant vaporization
The horror!
@NeilHalloran kudos for your courage in sharing inaccurate moments in prior videos. As someone who works in large corporate communications, I am keen aware of the compromise and political maneuvering folks can take to push messages their way, and therefore read everything with a very healthy does of skeptics. However, I believe the IPCC reports (esp. the exec summaries) have underplayed the fullest extent of the report itself. And the very methodology requiring a large number of scientist to sign off (i.e., building by committee). Lastly, I would add the UK's Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) report, The Emperor’s New Climate Scenarios, feel risk are potential understated, or as they put it “…climate-change scenario modelling… exclude many of the most severe impacts… the results emerging from the models are far too benign… they do not communicate the level of risk adequately. More dangerously, the artificially benign results can easily serve as an excuse for delaying action…” You have properly recognized the risk of underplaying world-altering risks, so hope you appreciate my efforts to do likewise.
I think you're YOKING. LMAO
World peace is not the absence of war.
